About me
Little Robins Workshop is run by Alexandra Moseley, an illustrator based in England. You can contact me by email at hello@littlerobinsworkshop.com.
Ordering
When you pay at checkout, you’re placing an order with me. Your order is confirmed once your payment has gone through, and you’ll receive an order number starting with LRW-. If I can’t fulfil your order for any reason, I’ll let you know and refund you in full.
Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling and include delivery to UK addresses. Payment is taken securely by Stripe when you order, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Your card details are handled by Stripe and never reach me or this website.
Discount codes can only be used while they’re active and can’t be exchanged for cash. Only one code can be used per order.
The prints
All prints are A4. I do my best to show the colours accurately, but every screen is a little different, so the printed colours may vary slightly from what you see online.
Personalised and made-for-you pieces
When you personalise a print or order a made-for-you piece, you’re asking me to create artwork to your instructions. Please make sure the details you give me are correct and that you’re happy for them to appear in the artwork.
I’ll send a proof for you to approve before printing, with two rounds of changes included. Once you approve a proof, it’s printed exactly as shown.
I may decline to include anything offensive, or anything that uses someone else’s artwork, logos or characters without permission. If I can’t make your piece, I’ll refund you in full.
Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery times, returns and refunds are explained on the Delivery & returns page, which forms part of these terms. Personalised and made-for-you pieces can’t be returned if you change your mind, because they’re made specially for you.
Copyright
All artwork remains the copyright of Alexandra Moseley, including pieces made for you. Buying a print gives you the physical print for your own personal display. It doesn’t give you the right to copy, reproduce or sell the artwork. You can read more in the copyright notice.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
